Information notice pursuant to Article 13 of the Privacy Code:
We hereby inform you, pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 30.06.2003, no. 196, in respect of the Integrated Text (Testo Unico) of regulations in the protection of person data, that the information and data provided by the Client to Rent Ok shall be processed in respect of the provisions hereunder and the policy of privacy governing the business activity of Rent Ok.
By processing of personal data we mean any operation or set of operations, carried out also manually and not electronically for the obtaining, recording, organisation, holding, consultation, adaptation, alteration, selection, extraction, comparison, use, combination, block, disclosure, erasure and the destruction of the data also if not recorded in a data bank.
In compliance with the regulations of the Code, the processing of data by Rent Ok shall be carried out in accordance with principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of the privacy of the Client. Pursuant to and in accordance with Article 13 of the Code, we therefore provide the following information.
The processing of data we plan to carry out
a) is for the following purposes: management of the relationship with the Client, administrative and contractual purposes, notices on the services of Rent Ok;
b) shall be carried out by the following means: manually and electronically;
c) the data will be communicated to the Authority for Public Security or disseminated by our suppliers or agents. Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 1, letter d) we hereby inform you of the recipients and classes of recipients to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may have access to the data as Data Controller (if appointed) or data processors, and hereby disclose the nature of the disclosure of any data.
We hereby inform you that the provision of data is mandatory and the failure to provide the data requested may result in the contract not entering into force.
The consent for the processing of personal data is also optional for the carrying out of studies, research, market statistics; advertising and informative materials; direct marketing or marketing of products or services; commercial information, and interactive commercial advertising, even pursuant to Article 10 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 by Rent Ok by telephone, electronic mail, automatic call systems which do not require the presence of an operator or fax. The consent in respect of receiving commercial materials not requested pursuant to Article 9 of Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 no. 70 integrating the European Directive on Electronic Marketing 2000/31/CEE, which provides that electronic notices not requested must be immediately and unequivocally identified as such and specify that the addressee of the message may object to receiving that notice in the future.
The decision of the Client not to provide the express consent to process data in respect of commercial operations specified above, shall not bear any consequence of any kind whatsoever.

The data shall be held at the offices and in the server of the data controller, for the period of time identified by the applicable law. We hereby inform you that the data shall be obtained, processed and held in full compliance of the provisions of Article 31 and following articles of the Privacy Code and the Technical Regulations – Attachment B to the Code – in respect of preventive security measures.
The data shall also be processed in full compliance with the self-regulatory provisions in respect of the processing of personal data specified in the Code of Conduct of the sector in force.
You may contact the data processor at any time, without any formal obligations or requirements or using the relevant form provided by the Authority for the protection of personal data to ensure the protection of your rights pursuant to Article 7 of the Code.
