The
rates depend on several factors, such as:
- size / rooms
- features
- equipment
- area
- length of stay
The length of stay varies from a minimum of 3 nights to a maximum of more than one year.
Apartments belong to three different
Classes (
GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE) according to different monthly rate ranges.
N.B.
THE RATES FOR THE APARTMENTS ARE BEFORE TAXES and they include cleaning and initial / final changing of linen.
THE RATES FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES (UPON REQUEST) ARE ALWAYS BEFORE TAXES (21%).
PAYMENT METHODS (except for special arrangements):
- Booking Fee (30%)
- Balance before taking up occupancy in the apartment
- Security Deposit based on balance: 300 Euro for stays of less than 15 days and 1,000 Euro for stays over 15 days. There may be exceptions for some luxury apartments and / or due to the presence of pets.
We accept payments by wire, cash or credit card (Visa / Mastercard).
