Q: What is a serviced apartment?
A: It is an apartment equipped with all comforts and services used as an alternative to a hotel or residence by tourists or business people who prefer a house where they can work and host their friends to a hotel room.

Q: What is in an apartment serviced by Rent Ok?
A: Each apartment is furnished and equipped, kitchen included. In the bathrooms there is a courtesy amenities kit for each guest, including soap, shower gel and single use shampoo. Meanwhile, the kitchen has basic sponges and dish detergent.

Q: Is cleaning included in the price?
A: Cleaning and first / last linen changes are included in the price of the apartment. When booking and for stays of at least one week, based on the rates for your apartment type, you can schedule cleaning and bed and bath linen changes.

Q: How do I find an apartment?
A:
The first thing to do is search the available apartments on our website.
Once you've found an apartment, send the 'INFORMATION REQUEST' form (non-binding) by clicking on the link inside the apartment sheet and filling out the relative form.
If you cannot find an apartment that meets your needs, send a general request by entering your requirements in the relative 'INFORMATION REQUEST' form.

Q: How is an apartment assigned?
A: If available during the desired timeframe, one of the selected apartments could be assigned immediately. If not, an apartment with similar features is selected and offered. If the apartment can be booked on-line, you can select it yourself.

Q: How much does an apartment cost?
A: Each apartment has specific features and rates depending on length and period of your stay

Q: How can I book an apartment?
A: To book an apartment:
  • send your personal details to the Rent Ok staff and sign the contract;
  • pay the Booking Fee which is an advance on the total price (wire, credit card or cash).
Q: How do I pay for the apartment?
A: Payment of the deposit can occur from anywhere. The total balance must be paid before entering the apartment. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis for stays longer than one month.

Q: Can I cancel the booking?
A: In the case where a booking is cancelled before taking up occupancy, and unless a different agreement is reached between the Parties, Rent Ok will have the right to keep, as a penalty, the entire amount of the Booking Fee paid at the time of the booking; in case of cancellation within 48 hours before taking up occupancy or after taking up occupancy, Rent Ok will have the right to keep, as a penalty, the entire amount of the Ok price that was previously paid by the Client or to require the entire amount due as balance.

Q: Can I see the apartment before the booking?
A: Photos of each apartment are displayed on-line; however, for stays longer than one month to be evaluated time by time, our staff is available to show vacant apartments.

Q: What happens if there are any problems with moving into the booked apartment?
A: In the event that problems rise, Rent Ok has the right to assign an apartment belonging to the same class or to a higher class, or to find a temporary solution until you can move into the selected apartment.

Q: When do I check-in and check-out of the apartment?
A: You can check-in to the apartments after 3 p.m. while you must check-out before noon. If you stay past noon, another day rent will be charged.

Q: Is it possible to extend my stay?
A: First of all, we advise you to inform our staff as soon as possible of the need to extend your stay. It is possible to extend your stay only if the apartment has not been booked and the rate will be based on the duration of your stay. In case where apartment is no longer available, a new apartment will be assigned if possible.
